The pivot

From avatars to operations.

ExMoment started in 2018 with a vision for AI-driven avatar training — a virtual space where people could train avatars to represent them. The market wasn't ready.

We pivoted to outsourced engineering and built partnerships with Toptal and FSR talent pools, shipping for clients we couldn't always name publicly. That pivot taught us something.

The real value wasn't in the AI by itself. It was in everything around it.

The AI is one piece.

The system does the work.

That's the lens we apply to every project.
